Pricing

Original artworks on this site range from approximately R5,000 to R35,000, depending on size, medium, and complexity. Each piece is individually priced and listed on its product page.

Prints and digital downloads are priced separately per item, as shown at checkout.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout and are not included in the listed price.

Shipping Policy

• Cape Town City Bowl: Free local delivery.

• Rest of South Africa: Delivered via courier; shipping cost calculated at checkout.

• International orders: Available on request — please contact me before placing an international order so we can arrange shipping and confirm costs and timelines.

• Digital downloads: Delivered instantly via email/download link after payment is confirmed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Refund Policy

Original Artworks and Prints All sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

The only exception is damage sustained during transit. If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and I will arrange a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds will only be considered if the file is corrupted or you received the wrong file — please contact me and I will resolve this promptly.

Commissions Custom commissioned artwork is final sale once work has begun. See the Cancellation Policy below for details.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders (originals/prints in stock) Orders may be cancelled before the item has shipped. Once shipped, the standard Refund Policy above applies.

Commissions Custom commissions cannot be cancelled once I have begun work on the piece, as materials and time have already been committed. All commission sales are final from that point forward. If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact me directly.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products: I sell original artworks, art prints, and digital downloads as described on this site.

2. Pricing: All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of purchase applies to your order.

3. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Paystack. I do not store your card details.

4. Ownership & Copyright: Purchasing an original artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item only. I retain copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. for commissions with specific usage rights).

5. Commissions: Custom commission terms (scope, timeline, price, and final-sale conditions) will be agreed in writing before work begins.

6. Shipping: See Shipping Policy above.

7. Refunds & Cancellations: See Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy above.

8. Liability: I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of artwork purchased through this site.

9. Changes: These terms may be updated from time to time; the version live on the site at the time of your order applies.

Privacy Policy

I collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your purchase, including your name, email address, delivery address (for physical items), and payment confirmation details (processed securely via Paystack — I do not see or store your full card details).

• To send you updates if you've subscribed to my newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Data sharing: I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the service providers necessary to complete your order (e.g. Paystack for payment processing, courier services for delivery).
